tenics Software Engineering GmbH was founded in Bremen in 2021 based on the idea of combining brilliant space software engineering with enthusiasm for collaborative work.
Since then, we have been fortunate to grow steadily and are delighted to support our international customers as a strong and versatile team. As a partner at our clients’ side, we create reliable missions and systems in which software is not just a means to an end, but a critical success factor.

From the roots into the boots
tenics Software Engineering GmbH was founded in 2021 by our managing director Dirk Roßkamp, who quickly brought Christian Westendorf on board as a partner.
With more than a decade of experience in aerospace software at a leading European aerospace company, both recognise that high-quality software development and agile, lean process design are often lacking in the industry. This is where tenics comes in. Starting with a small core team, we quickly develop into a powerful partner that masters complex development logic and successfully completes international projects.
We want to rethink software engineering – where speed, quality and reliability converge. In a world where satellite missions, IoT applications and autonomous systems are rapidly becoming reality, we are working to ensure that software is an accelerator rather than a brake.
